As an HR Manager, you will play an important role in defining and executing the HR processes and policies. You will be a key contact person for the management team, and you will set the strategic direction on talent acquisition, learning, career and leadership development, etc. across the company. Provide full HR generalist support. Have up to date knowledge of employment law in Europe with an emphasis of Belgian employment law. Ability to originate and lead organizational strategies in HR. Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Ability to write, plan, and direct the development and maintenance of training programs for all levels of staff. Provide leadership by strategic vision, functional expertise and coaching. Knowledge and experience of introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement. Provide the necessary programs and expertise, where appropriate, to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion.  Ideally, degree/master’s degree, educated in Business, Personnel Management, Human Resources. An unwavering commitment to the highest ethical standards and principles. Expert in the Belgian social legislation. Strong written and verbal communications skills ideally in French, English and Dutch. Italian would be a plus. Ability to perform complex reasoning processes.
