But don’t be mistaken, although we’re talking about a team of +-20 people, which will be doubled in the next year, they have a fund larger than 40 mil EUR. And they are just getting started. To prepare them for the challenges, the growth and expansion, they are in need of a Financial guru. Someone who wants to be involved in every aspect and enjoys strategic thinking as much as maintaining relationships with banks, investors and clients.

Your tasks:

  • Preparation of financial reports: annual reports, monthly reports, budget proposals, liquidity and profitability statements, business plans, solvency ratios.
  • About the tax optimization of the group structure, projects and cash flows Building, closing and optimization of credit lines, investment credits and project financing
  • Management of the family (private) business and finances

Your profile:

  • In-depth knowledge of the business / organizational structure of a family growth company
  • Able to manage conflicts well – A problem solver, not creator – A team player.
  • Being connected to IAB – IBR is a plus.
  • Operational experience
  • A business analyst
