  • Build strong relationships with the various key contacts at the different involved departments at client side
  • Coordinate the set-up and management of various marketing projects
  • Coordinate on-going and ad hoc customer events
  • Create the best digital experience for your client and their end-customers
  • Manage the relationships with the various program partners
  • Set-up, coordinate and measure the impact of the campaigns
  • Search for opportunities to further develop the loyalty program and contribute to the strategic thinking of the project
  • Constantly challenge the existing processes and aim for constant improvement

  • You are perfectly bilingual in French and Dutch and have excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
  • You can handle digital tools such as email automation, survey platforms and social media
  • You are an effective and authentic communicator with an eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • You have a talent for organization, are not afraid of short deadlines and have a creative open mind
  • You are a true team player who can think in function of a client, who can be pro-active in the day to day work and can work independently: you will not hesitate to go and look for the information yourself if it’s not directly at hand
