This is the role
As HR project Manager you will provide project management support related to organizational effectiveness, learning and development, performance management and organizational design in support of Eastman’s growth strategy.  You will be partnering with, and reporting to, the HR Director EMEA. As HR Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and execution of a strategic roadmap (including organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and learning/development) which will enable us to successfully execute on our business strategy and continue to develop our employees and build the next generation of leaders and scientists. It is imperative that you offer experience and the ability to work effectively at both strategy and execution in partnership with all levels of the organization. By partnering with Eastman’s senior leadership team and human resources team, you will demonstrate commitment to the continuing enhancement of strategic business initiatives across the enterprise.

You are a seasoned Business Partner with excellent communication and management skills. You offer strong leadership in both people and process management with interpersonal sensitivity on all levels of the organisation. You have a clear vision on HR trends and developments and you are able to translate these to practical and robust solutions that support our people centric performance culture.

As a seasoned HR Professional you have accumulated extensive experience with supporting the development and implementation of strategies and programs within an international business context. You have actively contributed to global people develop objectives and a strategic change roadmap. In addition your track record includes successful development of:

  • Talent Development Programs, including Enterprise Talent;
  • Talent Acquisition, including Success Factors and cost synergies;
  • Organizational Effectiveness;
  • Organizational Design;
  • Mentoring programs;
  • Succession Planning;
  • Annual Training Plan;
  • High-potential development programs (employee development programs, rotational programs, Graduate Trainee Program, etc.);
  • A Bachelor Degree is required for this role (Master Degree preferred) along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
