Your major goal is clear: drive sales growth through building new long-term client relationships with Recruitment and / or Human Resource (HR) departments of multinationals headquartered in Europe (to start with…). 

It’s your job to help them attract top talent from all over the world through the smart use of online media channels.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Find, approach and attract new client relationships (virtual & live)
  • Consult and convince (potential) clients about online recruitment marketing solutions
  • Develop and present online recruitment marketing campaigns/strategies (e.g. making use of Google, Video, Social Seeding, Landing Pages, Mobile, Content Marketing)
  • Position yourself as an expert in online recruitment marketing by writing blog posts and thereby sharing your knowledge!
  • Contribute to the growth of your team and help us improve our product and services

What do you bring?!

  • 2 years’ commercial experience in a marketing environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are preferred)
  • Completed relevant bachelor or master’s degree
  • Strong interest in the world and intercultural communication
  • Living near Amsterdam and willing to travel across Europe
