What this job involves  

Working as part of our Industrial Agency team, you’ll source and develop new business opportunities in the SME (Small Medium Enterprises) market segment. 

In this job, you’ll be responsible to actively manage a portfolio of industrial buildings in Walloon Brabant, in Flemish-Brabant and in the Brussels area.

You’ll be responsible to target potential occupiers and organise active prospection and marketing campaigns; to negotiate new agency contracts and to prepare head of terms, leases and sales with our key clients

Education and Experience

  • A degree in law, economy, real estate , commercial sciences or a similar branch will be necessary.
  • Should you have experience in a sales function would be a real plus.
  • You’ll have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.



  • You’ll have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong customer service focus.
  • You will be proactive and eager to learn.
  • Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a supportive and talented team.
