The role and its responsibilities
This is a newly created full time position within our growing GBS organization, based at our offices in Arnhem, the Netherlands. 

From here you perform a wide range of benefit-tracking activities and ad hoc projects. In doing so you analyze initiatives and report on the realized benefits to the Business Insights Manager, and help the GBS Controller to translate the realized benefits into budgetary requirements.

Specific tasks include monitoring the costs of outsourced contracts such as Infosys, and updating and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the benefit realization tracker. You also run cost and benefit analyses and propose changes to the benefit realization capture mechanism.

Working closely with the GBS Controller you maintain an up to date, complete and accurate list of open and closed benefit receivables, and work with other GBS colleagues to align on business cases and follow project completeness.

All of this requires you to prioritize between core responsibilities and to accommodate unexpected and pressing requests. You should also be able to liaise and build connections with a large number of remote stakeholders and team members in multiple locations.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree preferably in Finance, Business or related area;
  • At least one year of work experience in an analytical and/or financial role or roles in a global or multinational environment;
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Proactive approach and the ability to prioritize tasks and handle pressure;
  • Impeccable professional ethics;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills including fluent written and spoken English, with any other major language(s) an advantage.
