Their further spreading of the portfolio towards Germany is in full swing. Because of that they are searching for a motivated senior service desk reinforcement, who likes to deal with technicians and customers and who can take the responsibility of the scheduling every day.
In this position you are the first person for the German market and because of that you will be a key player in the planning of the service and planning of the installation visits with customers and service partners. You will become the face and the voice of the company. Whether it will be for planning, disturbance or escalations, you will be the first stop for customers, service technicians and internal colleagues. You ensure that all planning, customer contact and correspondence are carefully executed and documented. Since the company wants to start a nationwide craft business in Germany, you will surely also get the chance to work on projects. This could be the recruitment and on-boarding of service partners, in setting up or translation of texts for their website and commercial activities and the putting down of quality control.

– At least 2+ years experience in a similar position
– Your German is of a native level
– You are fluent in English and/or Dutch.
– You are a good motivator for colleagues and the service desk staff.
– You are flexible and goal focused
– Preferable you are available straight away.
