As a junior customer service employee you are primarily responsible for order processing. You are also responsible for maintaining efficient and positive relationships with our client’s customers. In addition, you add to and encourage a positive and enthusiastic working atmosphere. You are active in participating and developing commercial actions and developing new opportunities and solutions. In cooperation with the sales department you anticipate new customer needs. You are jointly responsible for creating and maintaining efficiency and margins in the sales process.

• Quality control order process;

Additional job information: Co-worker is responsible for ensuring that our client´s Customer Intimacy strategy is met. Affinity with the horse market is a plus.
