Specifically, we are searching for a technical support representative with a solid understanding of a broad range of technical subjects including, TCP/IP networking, virtualization (ESXi, KVM and VMWare Workstation), enterprise software, as well as Windows and Linux. The current opening is for a weekend shift; Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Once trained, the Saturday and Sunday shifts can be worked from home.

Overview of responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support over a variety of products through email, phone, and chat
• Convert customer training environments to their platforms (KVM, ESXi, and Ghost)
• Help end users connect to and use the training portals
• Identify and report bugs
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases

Qualifications:• Ability to quickly identify and offer solutions to complex software and networking issues, often with limited information
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts over phone, email, and chat
• 2 years in a support, systems, or networking position
• 1 year virtualization platform experience (preferably KVM or ESXi)
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with enterprise software either from a user or admin perspective
• Able to work from Saturday till Tuesday
