As a Logistics and Administrative representative you are responsible for the following tasks:
– Doing general administration like order management, data entry and preparing documentation
– Following up orders, service requests (B2B) and general client support (B2B)
– Making sure that all the export/import documentation is up to date and correct
– Being the first point of contact for clients over the phone and by mail
– Liasing with third parties and suppliers about delivery conditions and plannings
You are the perfect match for the position if you have the right mix of the following hard skills and soft skills:
– 1-3 years experience in a commercial office setting within an Administrative position
– Good, open and honest way of communicating
– Being fluent in Dutch and English
– Speaking and writing French is a big plus!
– General understanding of Administration Software
– General undestanding of MS Office
– Motivated to work in a respectful and enthusiastic working environment
– An eye for detail
– Being able to adjust and adapt quickly
Furthermore it is important to live within a range of 40KM from Oud Gaste/Roosendaall. Having a car is a big plus.
